00. i reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.01. this is not my profession. i am a hobbyist, and therefore art is something i do on the side. while commissions are a priority, they are not my sole priority. please keep this in mind if you choose to commission me.02. unless otherwise stated, commissions should be done within three months of their acceptance. if you want or need your art completed sooner for any reason, we can discuss making your commission a higher priority for an additional fee.03. payment must be received in advance.04. full refunds will only be issued before any work has been done on the commission. only a partial refund will be granted once the sketching process has begun, and no refunds will be issued once the final sketch has been approved.05. please make sure the final sketch is satisfactory before you approve it as any changes you want afterwards will cost a fee.06. you may not heavily edit or resell any adoptables or commissioned designs for a higher price than the initial cost or you will be blacklisted.07. you may not use my art for commercial reasons without permission or you will be blacklisted.08. you may not remove my watermark, trace my art or claim it as your own or you will be blacklisted.09. i will not draw extreme fetishes (eg. scat, heavy gore) or illegal activities (eg. pedophilia, rape).10. do not commission me unless you understand and agree to these terms.
